This three story duplex offers the best of the beach with amazing ocean views from the second and third level decks. Relax on the deck or tan beside the 16 x 32 saltwater pool with footwash. Enjoy the complimentary wireless internet service, cable TV and phone service. Upon entering this home, you will find that the ground floor offers a private garage, an elevator that access all three floors, and a large bedroom with and full bath. This brightly decorated bedroom has a queen size bed and is equipped with a flat screen TV. It is great for teenagers to get away from the adults and have a private area. Ascend to the open second floor and step into the gorgeous living room with breathtaking views of the ocean. This level has wood floors, double crown molding, chair rail and a wall of windows. There are two love seats and a sofa for plenty of seating. Need extra sleeping space, open the sofa and make a comfortable bed. This room has a large 47” HDTV with DVD player. In the winter, snuggle up in front of the fireplace and have a romantic evening. Walk outside on to an oceanfront deck and enjoy a private beach access that leads to the white sandy beaches of Kure Beach. A stunning open floor plan on the building’s second floor allows easy entertaining for large groups. The dining area includes a large dining room table with seating for 8, while five people can sit at the bar. A completely well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 4 burner gas cooktop, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze. This floor also has a large bedroom with queen bed, walk out deck, large closet, crown molding and flat screen TV. It has a bathroom with bath/shower combo. The top floor, with wood floors, offers three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The middle bedroom, with large closet, has two sets of bunk beds for the children. The shared bathroom has a bath/shower combo. The large street side bedroom has a queen size bed, walk out deck, and flat screen TV. Enjoy a little bit of quite time while reading a book in the sitting area in this room. The large master suite with its stunning views, has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an extra-large walk in closet. Relax in the private bathroom with the deep jetted tub, double sink and separate tiled shower. Watch the dolphins or take in the beauty of an amazing sunrise while lying in bed or enjoying a cup of coffee on your private balcony. Relax outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
