We are quickly moving through our end of season punch list before opening the condo up for rentals. Repairs are being finalized, maintenances are being performed, pictures are being hung, deep cleans are being done and new appliances like this stackable washer/dryer are being installed. What makes our condo unique? We, the owners, really use it. We spend all off season lovingly enjoying and maintaining it. We replace what needs to be replaced and repair what needs to be repaired. Because if it is not up to our standards it will certainly not be to yours.
