A strap full of greenheads is great.
Time spent with your kids making memories doing so is even better. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who show up each and every day and make sacrifices that often go unseen. Thank you to all the fathers, grandfathers, and mentors out there who continue to lead, teach, and invest in the next generation.

This spring, we had the privilege of watching five youth hunters harvest their first toms, creating memories they’ll carry for a lifetime. From hearing that first gobble to celebrating a successful hunt, these moments remind us what turkey season is all about.

Watching the next generation experience the outdoors and the excitement of a successful hunt is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do here at Rivers.

Congratulations to these young hunters, along with all of our hunters, on an unforgettable season in the Kansas turkey woods. We’re grateful for the friendships made, the memories created, and the opportunity to share another safe and successful spring turkey season with such great people while doing what we love.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and selflessness gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We’re grateful for opportunities to spend time alongside those who served and understand the meaning of sacrifice in a way many never will. Through camaraderie, gratitude, and time spent in the great outdoors, we’re reminded of the brotherhood and sisterhood forged through service and the men and women many called brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, aunts, uncles, and friends — those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Today serves as a reminder to honor their memory and never forget the cost of our freedoms.
