We have exciting news! The house now has wi-fi and 2 courtesy boat slips!
A brand new dock arrived this week so the house now comes with 2 courtesy slips along with a swim platform and access to multiple kayaks and paddle boards. The dock is a short walk across the street from the house and down a steep driveway and is also accessible with a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The dock sits right outside the Shanghai Marina no wake zone so if you have people in your group that can’t walk the steep driveway you can meet them at the marina which is just a 10-minute drive on land.
