Springs Dock Rental Come to the pristine Norris Lake! There are two units available or rent the whole house. Each unit Rates
The listed rates do not include Tennessee tax of 14.25%.

Peak Season (May 1st-Oct 31st)
-One floor $135.00 per day (three night min.)
-One floor $785.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)
-Both floors $245.00 per day (three night min.)
-Both floors $1,460.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)


Off Season (November 1st to April 30th)
-One floor $90.00 per day (three night min.)
-One floor $540.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)
-Both floors $170

.00 per day (three night min.)
-Both floors $1,020.00 per week (Sunday-Sunday)


Security deposit
-$200 must be received with rent check
-Will be returned within two weeks of check out as long as there is no damage
done to the property other than normal wear and tear. If you need to check on boat rental availability call 423-562-2405
