Today we mourn the loss of a great Mason.. Brother Rueben Maas.. laid down his working tools for good last night..
Brother Maas was a 65 year Master Mason.. He was an active member of several lodges in central Texas... as well as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
May it be his portion, to hear from the Supreme Grand Master of the Universe, the welcome plaudit, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant... Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord".

OK!!! SO, Due to recent weather events, Weimar Lodge #423 had to cancel an EA degree.. HOWEVER, since La Fayette Lodge #34 was going to confer an EA on Wednesday the 28th anyway, Weimar has requested that La Fayette confer the EA degree on their petitioner by courtesy!.. La Fayette #34 has happily agreed to confer said degree!..
SO, TWO EA DEGREES ON WEDNESDAY JANUARY 28TH, STARTING AT 6:00 PM!! THE DEGREES WILL BE PRACTICALLY BACK TO BACK, AND COFFEE AND CAKE SERVED AFTER!! COME ON AND HELP OUT, OR AT LEAST WELCOME THESE TWO GOOD MEN INTO THE FRATERNITY!!

La Fayette Masonic Lodge #34 of La Grange, is proud to sponsor Mr. Graham Youns to Texas "Boys State" this year.. Mr. Youns and other students from La Grange High School will participate in the mock government program with over 1200 young men from around the state.. La Fayette Masonic Lodge, has sponsored many young men from La Grange High School to Boys State over the past decade. Pictured with Graham is Lodge Secretary, Jerry Meek.
