Love creating welcoming spaces, serving others, and helping people experience the joy of Lutherhill? We’re looking for Retreat Hosts to join our team!

▪ Resident Retreat Host | A seasonal, on-site position for someone ready to jump into the action, welcome retreat groups, prepare facilities, support meals and activities, and help create a memorable guest experience.

▪ Weekend Retreat Host | A flexible, part-time opportunity perfect for someone balancing school, another job, or other commitments while serving 2–3 retreat weekends each month, helping retreats run smoothly from arrival through departure.

Both roles are hands-on, guest-focused, and all about creating the hospitality that makes Lutherhill special. We’re looking for people who are dependable, welcoming, flexible, and ready to serve!

These cabin signs have welcomed hundreds of campers through their doors over the years, becoming part of countless camp memories, friendships, laughter, late-night cabin chats, and life-changing experiences.

As we refresh our cabins with a new look, these original signs are ready for their next adventure! If one of these cabins holds a special place in your heart (or you'd simply love a unique piece of Lutherhill history) we'd love for you to give it a forever home. 💚

Yesterday we celebrated Casey Harbers and the time she has shared with Lutherhill Ministries! Casey has been such a valued part of the Lutherhill family, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, energy and care she has poured into this ministry and the people we serve. While we’re sad to see her move on to a new opportunity, we’re excited for what’s ahead for her and know she’ll continue to make a difference wherever she goes.

Thank you, Casey, for all you’ve given to Lutherhill! We’ll miss you and are cheering you on in this next chapter! 💚

Calling all volunteers! Help us get ready for Retreat Season!

We're looking for more volunteers this Saturday, August 15th, from 8:00 a.m. to around noon to help transform 7 cabins from their summer camp bunk bed setup into our cozy retreat season Casitas.

We'll be moving lightweight furniture and cabin items like bed pieces, small chairs, Keurigs, rugs, and more. Everything is either already dismantled or easy to carry, making this a great opportunity for anyone who wants to lend a hand.

🚚 If you have a truck or other vehicle that can help transport items around camp, we'd especially appreciate it!
💧 Feel free to bring a water bottle, snacks to keep you fueled, and work gloves if you'd like them for handling the wood furniture.

As they say, many hands make light work! We'd love to have you join us as we prepare camp to welcome retreat guests. See you Saturday! RSVP to [email protected]
