We wanted to share some great upgrades we have made this past year! We added a front bench with walkway and new side picnic table sitting area with new grill. Inside we added a dishwasher in the kitchen. Upstairs we replaced the bunk beds with new sturdier ones with a set of stairs along the side instead of a ladder for safety. Lastly we got a new water heater so hot water comes out faster and no more showers turning cold! We have listened to people’s comments and will be getting a new double bed mattress for the bunk room, providing wash clothes in the bathrooms to use as needed and having beds made for arrival instead of leaving sheets folded on the end of the beds. We hope you come and enjoy a stay at our Weirs Beach house!

Gearing up for the 2024 summer rental season. We have done many updates like new sturdy bunk beds in the kids room, installed a dishwasher, put in a new water purification system so no more sulfur smell and are replacing the water heater for better water pressure and temperature regulation. Come and enjoy some time up on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee!
