We got asked the price 45 times before we finally did this.

So here it is, no form to fill out. Lots at Winni Baygo start at $175,000. The association fee is $100 a month, and there’s a one-time $250 capital reserve at closing. That’s the list.

You’re buying a deeded lot in Laconia, not renting a seasonal site. You own it, you can finance it, you can sell it, you can leave it to your kids. Season runs April 1 through October 31, and your rig can stay in on-site storage the rest of the year.

The full offering statement is registered with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office. If you want to read the whole thing before you ever talk to us, just ask, we’ll send it.
