This Facebook memory just appeared today from 2014 - the first year Patrick and Gladys (and family) came up and took over our family cottage business on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. The Holiday message and the names are all still here, but we are happy to add Kate, David and Maeve to our NH Clausens. So much in life has changed over the past 7 years and we have SO MUCH to be grateful for. We have sold 17 of the 19 Proctor's Condo units, keeping the Main House and Cottage C-1 for the foreseeable future. The Clausens have moved on to additional business ventures, but will never forget our starting point. Thanks to all of the friends and guests that helped us over the past 22 years at Proctor's. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Our transition to condominiums will shortly be over. This is our 22nd year of owning and running this beautiful family property and now this is our last unit to sell.
