The Laconia Pumpkin Festival is coming up, which means pumpkins, crisp mountain air, fall colors and plenty of reasons to get together with your favorite people.

And guess what? Apres House is available! 🍂

This here is our Airbnb rating!

It took us a FULL YEAR to get here. Our very first booking came with a 4-star rating, which was a little bit of a gut punch. Since then, it’s been nothing but 5-star ratings, earning us the “Guest Favorite” badge AND the fancy little leafy scroll around it.

Blood, sweat, tears, lake water, cleaning supplies, broken things, fixed things, and more than a few “what the hell are we doing?” moments went into getting this house to where it is today.

And a HUGE shoutout to our friends and family who are always willing to jump in and help keep this place a happy place for all of us. Whether it’s fixing something, cleaning something, hauling something, or just telling us it looks good when we’re questioning every life choice we’ve ever made… we appreciate you.

So yeah… we’re pretty proud of this one. It’s been a bit of a wild ride, but we’re finally cruising in the 5-star zone.

Birthday weekend at Après House? Yes, please. 😂

The weekend of October 16 is available, and I’ve reduced the rates to celebrate my birthday! 🎂

And the timing couldn’t be better. We’re expecting peak foliage! 🍁 Think crisp mountain air, scenic drives, hiking through the leaves, apple c***r, pumpkin everything, cozy fires and fall fun you can only get in the mountains.

-Visit Beans & Greens Farm for haunted happenings and enjoy a b**r from Notch Biergarten by Beans & Greens
-Take a gondola ride to the top of Gunstock Mountain Resort for premium foliage views overlooking our beloved Lake Winni!
-Take a ride on the Mt Washington to capture those last few lake experiences before the ice comes in.
-Then, after your day of adventure, head back to apres House for a fire pit and relaxation!

Grab your people, pack a sweatshirt and come enjoy fall in New Hampshire!

Another 5-star review from a super kind group of renters! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This crew stayed at Apres House while they were in town for the Jason Aldean concert at BankNH Pavilion, and we loved having them!

Concert weekends at the house are SO much fun. Good friends, great music, lake time, and a place to come back to after the show. 🎶🏡🍻

🌴 The Tropical Room got a little refresh! 🌺

Same vacation vibes, just a little brighter, fresher, and ready for its next round of guests.

We’re giving a few of the rooms at Après House some love this season, because apparently owning a vacation house means you’re never actually done decorating. 😂

A little paint, a few new pieces, some tropical touches and suddenly we’re back in paradise.

Well, it’s not exactly the glamorous side of lake house ownership… 😂

Close the windows.
Pull out the A/Cs.
Prime the propane.
Put away anything the New England winter might try to destroy.

Basically, we’re getting the house ready for six months of weather with an attitude. ❄️

But you know what that means… SKI SEASON IS COMING. 🎿

Gunstock. Ice skating on Lake Winni. Dog sled races. Snow. Fire pits. Cozy nights. Questionable decisions involving après drinks.

So if you’ve been thinking about a winter getaway, now is the time to book. Bring up to 15 of your favorite people and come hibernate in the woods with us.
