The amazing and true story of hope chapel is one that is meant to be told, one that the current owners were completely unaware of when they purchased the dilapidated and vacant church in 2021 but one that they are now passionate about sharing. Uh-oh look who got a little update! The church doors, which were crafted from 200 year old timbers original to the building, have gotten a coat of paint on the exterior. I love how it makes the green in the stained glass pop! What do you think?

Wow, it has been awhile but now that we are through graduation madness we are back! For those of you who are new here, Hope Chapel is a unique guesthouse - established as a school and ministry in downtown Lafayette during the canal era and still standing strong.
