Lotts of Sun is having its best year ever, and that is entirely down to the guests who keep coming back over and over, and telling their friends. Thank you - sincerely!
The flip side of a year like this: there's almost nothing left. Between now and March 2027 we have exactly three openings.
Come stay at our retro beach cottage on the far west end of Panama City Beach. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the back patio, waves breaking, sunsets over the Gulf, dolphins passing by. No high-rise condos, no crowds — just a quiet beach in the backyard. And still only 5 minutes east of the 30A restaurants and 10 minutes west of Pier Park. PCB the way it used to be.

🍂 One weekend left this fall:
• Sat Oct 17 – Sun Oct 18 · a two-night weekend. Two nights between two bookings, right in the middle of fall break season. We normally hold a three-night minimum and we're opening this one up. Message me for the rate.
❄️ And two windows this winter:
• Nov 30 – Dec 11 · twelve nights. December on this beach is a different thing altogether. Highs average near 63°F, the sand is empty for miles, and the dolphins are still working the sandbar most mornings. Take the whole stretch or a few nights of it. (10% Facebook discount)
• Jan 2 – Jan 16, 2027 · two weeks. Start the year with the beach outside the door. If you've been thinking about a longer winter down here but never pulled the trigger, this is a good way to try it before committing to a full season. (15% Facebook discount)

🌷 Spring and summer 2027 — get on the list first.
Nothing is blocked after Feb 28, and spring dates go early. I keep a short list — a few emails a year, written by me, not some Ai robot — and Sun specials and early-bird spring rates go to that list before the dates go public anywhere else. It takes about fifteen seconds:
