Anyone using Apple iCloud beware...

Two weeks ago all of my documents in Numbers and Pages simply disappeared. These are documents that I created and stored in my iCloud account that I pay for monthly. I did not download or back up these files as I felt that Apple had secure, dependable servers. I was wrong.

After two weeks of dealing with Apple tech support, (where I was initially assured that my documents would be recoved) I was told yesterday that I should foget about that five years of work. I was told that iCloud is not a back up solution, it is a syncing platform.
