We are not allowed to deliver to the fort, but we do offer a few options that are convenient and easy depending on your dates. We are very flexible with cancellations during the pandemic, as we know things change. We ask that you keep us up to date on your changes if any, and we will hold the carts without even a deposit up until 1 month before your reservation. Cancellations need to be within 3 weeks of rental. Our rental process is very easy, we require an email address and photo of your license to hold the cart. All agreements and invoices are sent electronically and can be completed from your phone. Again easy and convenient is the key. In the event that it's a special event, and we are sold out, we will always try to help you find a cart with other resources we have locally, feel free to ask. You do not need a vehicle to tow the cart, we will have the vehicle and trailers. We can be reached either via messenger or email at [email protected]
please have mercy and call after 9am...6am calls will be answered by a half asleep person and that's never good. As we approach your dates, we will reach out to you the night before to confirm your ETA to the fort. We will confirm the plan with you at that time. We take pride in the quality maintenance we put into our carts, however in the unlikely event of a problem, we will work with you to ensure you are taken care of and satisfied.
