After much thought, we've decided it's time for a new chapter.
Since 2021, we've had the privilege of owning and operating Cornerstone Suites in beautiful downtown Lake City, Iowa. Welcoming guests from across the country and being part of this wonderful community has been an incredibly rewarding experience. We are truly grateful to everyone who has stayed with us, supported us, and helped make Cornerstone Suites what it is today.
As our family enters a new chapter, we've made the decision to offer Cornerstone Suites for sale.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide a valuable service and resource for Lake City and the surrounding area. It has always been important to us that Cornerstone Suites serves our community, and we hope to find a new owner who will continue that tradition for years to come.
Cornerstone Suites is a fully operating boutique hotel featuring seven guest suites in the heart of downtown Lake City. The sale includes the real estate, the hotel business, the furnishings, décor, linens, the website, the online booking system, and everything needed to continue operating from day one. It is truly a turnkey opportunity.
We are especially proud of the reputation Cornerstone Suites has earned over the years. Thanks to our wonderful guests and the hard work of our team, we have maintained a 4.9 out of 5-star Google rating, which we believe reflects the care and service that have gone into every guest's stay. (See the attached screenshot.)
The hotel will continue operating as usual throughout the sale process, and we are committed to helping the new owners through a smooth transition to ensure their success.

Thank you again to our guests, our neighbors, and the entire Lake City community for allowing us to be a small part of your lives over the past several years. It has truly been an honor, and we're excited to see Cornerstone Suites continue serving this community for many years to come.
Please share this post with anyone who may be interested, it would be greatly appreciated.
