To Our Military Family
There are moments in life when words never seem quite enough.
To all of the military personnel who have stayed with us and become part of our TownePlace Suites family, thank you. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, your dedication, and for allowing us the privilege of getting to know you beyond the uniform. The friendships, laughter, stories, and memories shared within these walls have left a lasting impact on all of us.
Today, our hearts are especially heavy as we remember Sergeant Smith. What began as an unimaginable tragedy has become a powerful reminder of the kind of man he was. Through his final selfless gift of organ donation, Sergeant Smith helped in saving others lives, ensuring that his legacy of service and sacrifice will continue far beyond his time here with us.
As these officers travel to be with his family and attend his funeral, we send our deepest thoughts, prayers, and condolences to Sergeant Smith’s loved ones, his friends, his fellow soldiers, and all who had the honor of knowing him.
We will remember the smiles, the laughter, the jokes, the camaraderie, and the countless moments that made Sergeant Smith so special. While he was your brother-in-arms, he also became part of our family. His presence touched our team in ways that will never be forgotten.
May we all hold our loved ones a little closer, cherish every moment a little more deeply, and honor Sergeant Smith’s memory by living with the same kindness, courage, and selflessness he showed throughout his life.
