The propane dispenser gets finicky when temps drop below zero. At -10 we run the risk of blowing the switch, which happened a couple years ago. Please, if you need a fill, come today before the temps get too bad. We will most likely not be able to fill Thu, Fri and part of Sat. We will stay open till 7 tonight for anyone that needs a fill. Please be safe the next couple days!

We will be closed for propane fills starting Tuesday (tomorrow) at noon and will reopen for normal hours, if surgery goes well, Thursday morning at 10 am.

If you need a tank filled during this time, the closest would be Lowell's @ kabekona corner.

UPDATE: We will be open for propane on Nov 13th and instead will be closed Dec 10th. Surgery needed to be rescheduled. Sorry for any confusion.

We will be closed for propane on Thursday November 13th but open for propane throughout the winter. Hours 10AM - 5PM

We will be closing the motel for the season on November 17th. Tentative reopen date April 24th, 2026.

Great first day of the Blueberry festival. This year at the motel we have our booth with gourmet popcorn and funnel cake fries. Jerry is set up again with blueberry shakes, blueberry brats, burgers, and homemade jelly, syrups, and honeys. Cotton candy will set up Saturday. Stop by and say hi!

We have lost our little post office. Went in to buy stamps today and they were doing demo inside. 😢 RIP

We will be closed Nov. 20th and Nov 21st for propane sales. I will be in Fargo having surgery. There will be someone on the property managing the motel, but they are not qualified to fill propane tanks. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need a fill on those days, you can try Lowell's at Kabekona corner. They are the closest.

We will be closing the motel for the winter season this year. Closing Dec. 1st 2024, and reopening April 18th 2025.

We will still be open for propane fills throughout the winter and the tax office will be open in cabin 6, Jan. 1st through April 15th.

We will be unable to receive phone calls for about 5 hrs. The main power line to the motel is being upgraded and our power will be out during this time.

Blueberry festival this weekend! At the motel we have several stands this year. Cotton candy, blueberry brats and burgers, blueberry shakes, Hemptress Farms, and gourmet popcorn.
