OUR GOAL: to create a 5 Star experience for every guest that comes to stay. We’ve been traveling, mostly full time, for over 5 years now, primarily living out of Airbnb’s. We took our (over 100) Airbnb experienc
es and used them to create, what we feel, is one of the best Airbnb’s in Lake Havasu. We created this Airbnb with your comfort and needs in mind and focused on the most important things we always look for in an Airbnb:
GREAT BEDS: We know that great beds help make a great stay more enjoyable so we invested in comfortable, supportive beds. The Master Bedroom has a luxury latex mattress (that is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on!). The London Room has a brand new Full mattress and the Middle Room has a top-of-the-line Kodiak Queen Futon. CLEANLINESS: We tested multiple cleaners before picking our awesome cleaner, Erica. We know cleanliness is key to a great stay and we put a lot of effort into making this a clean space for you to feel good about. COMFORTABLE FURNITURE: All of our furniture is both comfortable and supportive. From a La-Z-Boy couch and recliner to top-of-the-line computer chairs we have you feeling good so you can enjoy your trip! FAST INTERNET & GIANT TV: We have very fast 400MB internet, great desk and work spaces and a huge 86” TV so you can have an epic movie night on your vacation. GREAT PATIOS & BACKYARD: We love having great outdoor spaces at our Airbnb’s and the backyard and the 2 screened in patios (Arizona rooms) were a big reason we bought this place. The backyard features a great (non-heated) pool and a beautiful view of Cupcake Mountain (which we summited in 2021 :). We have a propane grill (propane tank is provided but you are responsible for filling it if needed) and a very comfortable hammock, plus, we have Quail! Quail are some of the most entertaining birds we have ever come across so we decided to build a Quail Obstacle Course in our backyard. It’s so fun to watch, all you have to do is put the seed out on the bird bath (that’s provided upon your stay) and the quail come by every morning and most evenings when the shade hits the backyard. We also have a table in the back patio and a table in the backyard so you have multiple outdoor dining options. GREAT LOCATION: We are in one of the safest and conveniently located areas in Lake Havasu City. Less than 10 minutes to most attractions, plus we have great boat/toy parking! ATTRACTIONS: London Bridge (8 minutes), Rotary Community Park public beach & recreation (8 minutes), Lake Havasu Golf Club 36 holes (4 minutes), Dick Samp Park - SO many pickleball courts! (15 minutes)
HIKING: SARA Park & SARA's Crack Trail slot canyon (6 minutes), Lake Havasu State Park (10 minutes), Island Jogging Path (8 minutes)
UNIQUE STAYS: One of our favorite things to find at an Airbnb is something unique so with that in mind we created several things you will only find at our Airbnb:
1. Quail Obstacle Course…That’s right I built a quail obstacle course in the backyard and it is a blast! Just put the seed we leave for you in the bird bath and watch from the back patio, London room, Middle Room, or if you are quiet in the pool they will stop by.
2. Every photo/poster in the house was photographed by us. We have visited over 46 National Parks and over 30 countries and we are excited to share our experiences with you. Please enjoy the art we have throughout the house and we will continue to add to it every year!
3. Artwork - Kim got very into wine cork art and has created an amazing lighthouse piece and some really cute reindeer. We will continue to add to our homemade art every year.
4. We have some really fun Colored LED lights in the hallway and bathroom you can control with a remote because… well it’s pretty darn cool! WE CARE: We’ve put a ton of time, effort and money into making this one of the best Airbnb experiences you can find. Renovating this house during the pandemic was one of the most difficult things we’ve ever done but we pushed through to make this a 5 star experience for every guest. We hope to continue to improve this house every year, but that depends on you booking the stay and taking great care of the house. We have had amazing experiences staying in Airbnb’s all across the country and are excited to be able to provide an unique, comfortable, fun adventure to all that stay!
