Paradise Rentals Primary renter is to be 25 years of age. If under 25, a cosigner must be provided and an additional $100 will be added to the refundable security deposit.

This beautifully remodeled 3 bed 2 bath PLUS guest house is 1.2 miles from London bridge and walking distance to the city's favorite country bar and restaurants. The two houses together (totaling 2400 sq ft), comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Both kid and adult friendly. The property includes

every amenity: a large pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor entertainers BBQ island, large wrap around covered patio and two king beds for unmatched comfort. A selection of pool and lawn toys have been provided to complete the fun! Hi-speed WiFi, DirecTV, Netflix and Disney+ ensure you stay as connected as you desire. The guest house is a new 800 sq ft addition in the back that can be used for extra comfort/privacy or to accommodate additional guests/families. It features its own full bathroom, kitchen (complete with dishwasher) and a large loft for sleeping. You will not find another property with more to offer. Main house: Sleeps up to 8 (king, queen, bunk bed=twin over full w/trundle)

Sleeping 10 with a full game room and 2 en suite bedrooms. Beautiful mountain and distant lake views make for some awesome sunsets.

NEW HOUSE COMING SOON!!
Our newest home "Monroe" will be open for business at the end of June! She will boast 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which will be en suit making for a double master"). A super fun game room and an amazing backyard with large pool, gazebo with distant lake views, fenced off pool to protect our kiddos and whirlpool bath. She will also feature boat/RV parking and the option to rent our private 30ft slip at the Havasu Riviera Marina which features all single stall slips. Single stall meaning 1 boat per opening so you don't have to worry about other boats banging into yours. Leave your boat in the water the entire stay. Guaranteed slip space every time you book "Monroe or "Capulet". Here is a picture of our backyard rendering when complete. I will be posting updates and real pictures as we go!
I am taking reservations now for August. I will start taking reservations for June and July once I know for sure our completion date to avoid any unforeseen delays.
