Art Traverse Regional Studio Tour!

The main open house events and studio tour dates for the upcoming autumn stretch across two primary weekends:

September 12 – 13.
October 10 – 11.

A self-guided two-weekend tour taking you right through the open artist studios across Leelanau and Grand Traverse counties amidst peak fall color.

Self-Guided Routes: Navigate scenic country back roads across Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties at your own pace.

Live Demonstrations: Watch artists create pottery, glass, paintings, and prints inside their active workspaces.Direct Purchases: Buy original artwork straight from the maker's kiln, loom, or easel.

Daily Schedule Hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Locations: Participating private workspaces, hubs like Leelanau Studios, and rural barns including the Douglas Racich Studio in Northport.

"The Hunt for the Reds of October" is an annual month-long red w**e promotion hosted by the Leelanau Peninsula W**e Trail during the month of October. It invites visitors to taste local red w**e varietals amidst peak autumn fall colors.

In October rv site rates are reduced plus book a week, and get a free night.

We close Nov 1st and water is shut off on Monday the 26th but your still welcome to fill your tank and stay a few day later at another discounted rate.

The National Cherry Festival marks its 100th year with eight days of parades, air shows, fireworks, and more than 100 family-friendly happenings by Lake Michigan. This centennial edition brings a full slate of entertainment throughout its run.
