At more than 3,000 feet in elevation, the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom “Graybuck Lodge” sits on the exposed granite of Shumont Mountain on the western rim of the gorge formed by tributaries of the Broad River. The 280-degree mountain views extend for over fifty miles from Hendersonville at one end to Mount Mitchell on the other. During the fall, the expanse of mountain colors is phenomenal and the higher elevation means the summers are cool and clear with crisp mornings even in August.
