Our Getaway is 1900+ Square Feet of luxury living in the middle of Lake Placid, NY. 2 large Master Bedrooms and 1 Bunk Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds, 2 Full Baths. Our home has been FULLY updated after sitting vacant for 12 years we spent the first 6 months going through a major rehab of the property. Open concept with 2 Bedrooms upstairs and 1 on main floor. EVERYTHING has been updated or replaced to

make the home feel new again. Sleeps 7 in beds and 8 with a pull out cot. Large front porch with late day sun through sunset and a screened in back porch with a year round BBQ and table for enjoying outdoor entertainment. Walk to everything in town and only short drive to Whiteface or any number of major attractions and hiking spots.

Heather and I are proud to announce our 3rd luxury rental in downtown Ballston Spa, NY is now up and running after a crazy week of closing, furnishing, outfitting and getting a new driveway put in. We installed air conditioning in 3 bedrooms plus main floor for comfort on this wam summer. Our Saratoga Getaway is 2 Blocks from the Speckled Pig Brewery, 3 blocks from Front Street Social, Next Door Kitchen and many more amazing restaurants. Our new Getaway is 4 miles from S**C, 6 Miles from downtown Saratoga Springs, 7 miles from Saratoga Racecourse and minutes from many more great attractions. Location is everything and this one has it in spades!

We are excited to announce our upcoming second luxury getaway rental will be online ready for your stay in July 2025. Our new getaway is in the heart of Ballston Spa in the middle of town blocks away from everything great in Ballston Spa. Go antiquing and enjoy the restaurants or rooftop bars. Take a walk on the trails or just walk around town and enjoy the beauty. 10 minutes away from S**C and Saratoga State Park, Treehouse brewery, Saratoga racetrack. 10 minutes away from Saratoga Lake.
House sits on a large double lot in the middle of town with grand first floor tall ceilings all new kitchen first floor master and three bedrooms upstairs. Medium size porch outback, and a large yard to enjoy a game of co****le.

Whiteface Mountain is 5th tallest peak in the Adirondacks sitting on its own at 4867ft high. It is a great ski mountain, a great place to hike, a great place to Mountain Bike, and the only 46er you can drive to the top of. On a clear day it is a must due activity for summer excursions. The top has a castle and an overlook view of the great ADKs and Lake Placid in full view.

Let’s talk waterfalls and fly fishing… driving from Lake Placid towards Whiteface Mountain Wilmington you follow the flow of the Au Sable River. World renowned fly fishing is found here. A few miles out of town. You will also find High Falls Gorge with an amazing Riverwalk along the side of cliffs overlooking a massive waterfall. Quote the scenery of nature in full force.

Further down the road will end up at the Ausable Chasm, the Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks. While visiting try some White water rafting or touring the caves of the Ausable Chasm.

Yep, that’s how much was spent over the last few years renovating the Olympic sites around Lake Placid and they are impressive, offer exciting adventures from zip line to Bob sledding tours to amazing alpine skiing and nordic skiing to World Cup events. No other town in the country has more Olympic sites in one area other than Utah with the upcoming Winter Olympics there.
