Over the past several weeks, we've assembled an exceptional restaurant team made up of talented culinary and hospitality professionals who share our vision for creating a thoughtful, elevated dining experience. We are excited to officially welcome you to STOA at The Interlaken—a place where great food, genuine hospitality, and meaningful connection come together.

Moving forward, our restaurant hours will be as follows:
Wednesday through Sunday First Seating at 5:00pm Final Seating at 7:30pm

We're excited to announce that the Interlaken is officially open and bringing back the food, flavors, and atmosphere you've been missing.

From our hand-cut steaks and famous Buffalo Shrimp to our rich Truffle Mac & Cheese, we're partying like it's 2019!
