It's so great to tell your neighbors to park on your site if you are not using it, BUT when your site is listed with the park and you lose prospective buyers because your site is full of cars and trucks - the buyers think someone is home - they will just pass on by. You need to let your neighbors know that you and pulling back that permission as long as the site is for sale. If you don't have permission from the owner - don't take the risk of parking on a listed site - you will get a citation.
