MEET THE DELTA CREW 🦆

MIKAL GOWINS | HEAD DUCK GUIDE
📍 Paducah, Kentucky

Mikal may be joining Delta for his first season, but he’s no stranger to putting birds in front of the blind. With 11 years of professional guiding experience, he’s chased waterfowl across some of the best destinations in North America, including Canada, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

When he’s not guiding, Mikal runs his own mowing company but you won’t find him sitting still for long. His offseason is spent chasing spring turkeys, wetting a line, and waiting on fall for a chance at a big whitetail with his bow.

We’re excited to welcome Mikal to the Delta crew and have his experience leading the way as one of our Head Duck Guides this season! 💪

MEET THE DELTA CREW 🦆

SPENCE BRADSHAW | DUCK GUIDE
📍 Brandon, Mississippi

Heading into his second season with Delta, Spence has been chasing game since he was just five years old. Waterfowl takes up his winters and when the season wraps up, you can bet he’s trading ducks for turkeys come spring.

His perfect day in the blind? Sunshine, a stiff north wind and plenty of birds doing it right. Afterward, he’s headed straight for one of Mrs. Jenna’s hot honey chicken biscuits with a pocket full of mini Slim Jims keeping him alive until then. 😂

We’re glad to have Spence back in the blind for another season with the Delta crew! 💪

MICHEAL ”Huggie” HUGGINS | GOOSE GUIDE
📍 Lake Village, Arkansas

Heading into his third season with the crew, Michael Huggins brings experience from his time with Iron Wolf Outfitters along with a strong farming background and plenty of time spent working and hunting across the Delta.

Whether he’s working a field or sitting in the blind, Micheal’s happiest when he’s outdoors. His idea of a perfect hunt? Getting an quick speck limit, then spending the rest of the morning enjoying the camaraderie with clients and seeing just how much everybody can give James a hard time. 😂

We’re glad to have Micheal back for another season and looking forward to plenty more mornings in the field with him! 💪

JAMES HILL | HEAD GOOSE GUIDE
📍 Portland, Arkansas

With 11 years of guiding under his belt and the last six spent with Delta, James Hill knows a thing or two about putting geese down in front of the blind.

When he’s not chasing specks, you’ll find James farming right here in the Delta, keeping him tied to the land and outdoors year round.

We’re proud to have James leading the charge as our Head Goose Guide. 💪

MEET THE DELTA CREW 👩‍🍳

JENNA PECORARO | CHEF & LODGE MANAGER
📍 Bogalusa, Louisiana

If you’ve spent a few days at Delta, you already know the hunting is only half the experience.

Now entering her fourth season with the crew, Jenna Pecoraro is a graduate of the John Folse Culinary Institute and a former sous chef at Husk in Nashville. After joining us from Iron Wolf Outfitters, she’s become a huge part of what makes the lodge feel like home, bringing Southern comfort and elevated camp cooking to the table every night.

During the offseason, Jenna spends her time with Gulf of America Outfitters and if you’re lucky, she might just finish the night with one of the best wh***ey sours this side of the Mississippi. 🥃

We’re lucky to have Jenna keeping the lodge running and everyone well fed all season long!

Since our start, our friend Garrett Cole, owner of , has spent a handful of days with us each season, sharing hunts and making memories around the lodge…This year is different🔥

We’re excited to welcome to the Delta Outdoors crew for the entirety of Arkansas Early Speck Season.

Bringing nearly 20 years of waterfowl guiding experience from Southwest Louisiana, arguably some of the toughest ground in the country to consistently hunt specklebellies, GC knows what it takes to finish birds. Pair that with World and Louisiana State Calling Championships and it’s easy to see why hunters from across the country trust his experience.

As the owner of Vendetta Waterfowl, he’s also built one of the most respected speck calls in the country & a call we’ve trusted since day one.

If you’ve ever wanted to chase early-season specks alongside GC and experience the Delta like never before, now’s your chance. Dates won’t last long
