1994 - 2006 there was free boat launching at Points Resort while both A-Z and Twin Points were run by the same family. In 2006, the Hobbs Family exclusively ran A-Z, no longer involved with Twin Points (later to be rebranded as Twin Points Park by

). Although we could no longer offer free launching, we tried to keep our longer storage renters happy by not going up on rent, unless it was absolutely necessary. Some renters had no rent increases for more than ten years from 2000 - 2016. We choose to be independent of the large “chain” storage facilities. We do our very best to provide a safe storage facility, easy to load and unload directly from your vehicle or moving van into the garage style units, at the most reasonable rates in our area. Our board members, managers, and most site workers are all family or close friends. The second- and third- generations have lived around Eagle Mountain Lake (or within 10 miles) all our lives.
