You may think that building treehouse cabins would be my most fond "work/adventure" related experience, and it does rank very close to the top. My days of running a sawmill were my absolute favorite. I'm continually tempted to get another one but I'm afraid my age would not be as compatible to it anymore. It's still fun to stroll down memory lane with my old Foley Bellsaw.

updated progress from the "Backwoods Bug-out" filmed last Fall when the containers were being delivered and set up.

By the end of day 7 we have the beginnings of an off grid container home complete with two containers, a 250-foot driveway, and a well.

To celebrate our 3rd anniversary of being on our backwoods homestead property (Sept 29, 2021), we're getting ready to start building our permanent house.
