We’ve been trying something new around here- kefir!
It’s a tangy, drinkable yogurt-style probiotic that’s been around for centuries and is famous for keeping your gut happy, your digestion smooth, and your immune system smiling
And the best part? We found an amazing local source! Meadowview dairy! They have a small store at their farm ( using the honor system) and some great flavors. I love the black cherry! Fresh and delicious!
If you’ve never tried kefir consider this your friendly nudge. Your gut will thank you!
