Presenting, the *new* ground floor bathroom! ✨ Steps away from the pool and hot tub, adjacent to the game room, so now you won’t have to walk far (or upstairs) to make a pit stop. We also added a bathtub, perfect for kids & pets!

Have you ever seen a room and dreamed of the potential? Meet this corner of the basement - right off the covered hot tub area and pool, next to the game room. Today we started demo to add a full bathroom, as well as a wet bar with mini kitchen. No more placeholder room, it’ll be one of the best spots in the house!
