Root River Inn & Suites beautiful grounds are open today on the Fillmore County Master Gardener Tour till 2 pm. You don't have to be on tour to enjoy our gardens, book a stay this summer or fall.

Here's an update on the open trails

🚴 Latest Root River Trail Update based on local reports (7/7/26):
- Lanesboro west to Jade Road (just west of Isinours before Fountain) is clear
- Jade Road to Fountain is closed for the time being while the DNR assesses the need for repairs
- Lanesboro to Preston is clear
- Lanesboro east to Peterson is clear
- Peterson to Rushford, likely still some debris on trail as of today but rideable according to local reports

As always ride at your own risk and use caution!
