About the Property and Our Accommodations and Amenities

This is an 1800ā€™s boarding house with 5000 square feet of space on fifteen acres, allowing for lots of privacy. We have 6 bedrooms that sleep 12 and we have 2 full and 2 half baths. This was the VACATION RESORT in the Catskills and we have brought it back to life. The house is available for group and family rentals.

The energy is great! The water and air purer than most! The country is soothing and fun. We are on an underground lake and enjoy the spring water for drinking and bathing. You will notice the difference in your health and stress level the very first day of your stay! Our little stream along the house provides soothing sound and beautiful setting while relaxing outside on our wrap around decking and comfy chairs. One of our largest decks is through the french doors from the country kitchen where you will find several comfortable tables and chairs & a couple of BBQ's to use. This house is about ENJOYMENT AND FUN! Some of our guests love it so much they don't even leave the house during their stay.

Our price is $500 per night with two night minimum non holiday weekends, some holiday weekends are more (please message for pricing). We do charge an additional fee when more than 12 people wish to stay at the house and there is a cleanup /garbage removal fee of $250. We require a damage deposit check in the amount of $600 that we hold and do not cash unless there is a problem with the house after your departure (this has never happened). There are no other fees.
