Guests have full private access to this West Virginia riverfront retreat, featuring 70 acres of land with scenic walking trails, a peaceful backyard pond, and a private side deck overlooking the Buckhannon River with direct river access.
Guests can enjoy outdoor recreation with provided equipment, including 5 kayaks, 4 river tubes, and 3 fishing floats, perfect for exploring the river. A selection of life jackets and vests is also available for kids, youth, and adults in multiple sizes for safety and convenience.
The property also features a charming covered swing structure with two outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), ideal for cookouts and relaxing afternoons.
