📖 About the Role

Corinthian Asset Management is seeking a dependable, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician to support two multifamily communities in Laredo: La Joya Apartments and Merida Vista Apartments. We need a hands-on, technology-comfortable technician who can troubleshoot problems, take ownership, and follow work through to completion.

⚡ Complete plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
📋 Complete work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance
🏘️ Support maintenance needs across 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (La Joya Apartments & Merida Vista Apartments)

🧰 Maintain tools, inventory, shops, and property equipment
