Welcome Anthony Kinn, our new COO for TableOne Hospitality!

Anthony Kinn, a Pennsylvania native, started his culinary journey in Philadelphia before attending The Culinary Institute of America. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has traveled to various cities alongside his wife, Daniella. As a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, AK loves the Eagles, 76ers, and Phillies.

From his early days as a dishwasher at age 12 to becoming a line cook at 16, AK's passion for the industry grew. He joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, achieving Forbes 4 Stars in Scottsdale and contributing to openings in San Francisco and Denver.

As GM at Wit & Wisdom and PABU Izakaya, he showcased his leadership. AK's role expanded to Director of Operations and then VP of Operations, overseeing multiple restaurants and openings, including Michelin-Starred establishments. In 2020, he became Chief Operating Officer for the MINA Group, focusing on owned restaurants. With 25+ years of experience, exceptional knowledge, expertise, and outstanding leadership qualities, TableOne is thrilled to have Anthony Kinn join the team. !

Welcome Chef Brad Farmerie, Vice President of Culinary for New York!

A Michelin-star chef with 30 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality world, Chef Brad’s career has spanned the globe with projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific.

Most recently the Vice President of Culinary Engineering for food delivery startup Wonder, his career began in London studying at Le Cordon Bleu and working at two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, The Sugar Club, and the critically-acclaimed The Providores and Tapa Room.

After traveling around the world Brad made his way to New York where he earned his first Michelin star for PUBLIC before opening 10 new concepts across America and overseas including Saxon, Parole, and Ghost Donkey.

He has worked with JetBlue, Impossible Foods, and Virgin Voyages on groundbreaking new initiatives and in addition to his numerous awards, is also an Iron Chef America winner.

We are thrilled to have Chef Brad leading the culinary program for our New York projects (more on that soon!) – welcome to TableOne!

EXCITING NEWS: Welcome Chef Ray Garcia and B.S. Taqueria to The Sundry!

B.S. Taqueria features Chef Ray Garcia’s uniquely Mexican American approach to cooking in a casual yet lively atmosphere. The ingredient driven taqueria offers creative twists on classic tacos like chile-rubbed al pastor made with cauliflower roasted over a wood fired grill along with time honored favorites like carnitas and house made chorizo all served on freshly pressed heirloom corn tortillas. The menu is rounded out with dishes intended for sharing, all which channel elements of long-established tradition yet are presented with modern appeal. Margaritas, craft beers, and agave spirits are the cornerstone of B.S. Taqueria’s dynamic bar program.

With more openings comes more opportunity, and that means the TableOne team is growing! Welcome Danny Mastropierro, Opening General Manager!

Danny joins us with extensive restaurant management experience including PABU, SPQR, Trailblazer Tavern, MINA Family Kitchen, Daily Grill, The Waterfront & more in both San Francisco and Florida. In addition to being a skilled operations leader and Level 1 Sommelier, he is well versed in the fast-paced world of Task Force and will play a vital role in TableOne’s recent and upcoming openings.
