“Absolutely love this alternative to the casinos and other alternatives. A simple, super clean and secure motel setting that is quiet and comfortable. Great for breakfast in the super cute basket as well from the breakfast spot onsite. I applaud the owners for their courage to do something different that’s well appointed, is a nod to the original Motel idea, elevating and honoring its original value historically.m and practically. Love the security and personal attention to me as a guest, I feel valued more so here than in overcrowded big spots. Has a cool groove and small village vibe. Come here now twice for trade shows. And higher prices here during those times are totally acceptable and to be expected.
If you want to sleep comfortably, get yourself ready and don’t need anything else beyond a delicious breakfast and fresh coffee with the owner in their office there, this is the perfect spot.
Hey, the Deuce stops right nearby, too, and the restaurants around it are great, tried them.

Historic Motel feel, very clean. Well-appointed with bathroom comforts, robes and clean and sufficient surface areas.
Nearby activities
Couldn’t be more convenient. Right on the strip and across from Mandalay Bay.
Safety
Onsite and overnight security guard who also serves as the concierge.
Walkability
Short walk to the Deuce station. Of course, the ride shares pull right up to the room!
Food & drinks
The breakfast place there is actually amazing. The convenience store will store luggage. They’re all tied to Nirvana.
Noteworthy details
What impressed me so much is the owner’s vision: revive so effectively a dilapidated dive on a downhill trend into a loved, solid, clean and historically valuable motel. The website also is so good. Ask the owner about their new l, high quality restaurant elsewhere in Vegas!
