April's statistics show some interesting trends. The condominium market continues to struggle with high inventory 📉 and low sales. The median price dropped from $295,000 in March to $290,000 last month. The single-family home market went from $480,000 in March to $473,875 in April. We expect to see the pricing stay between $470,000 and $480,000. Inventory is starting to tighten 📦. As a result, the price drops should stop 🚫📉
