Due to a cancellation we now have availability for a Labor Day Rental in our 3 bedroom condo. We have a 4 night minimum for this holiday weekend with a discounted rate if rented for a week. Welcome to summer! It appears all of you have been cooped up so long you couldn’t wait to make your reservations for the river this year. Consequently my calendar will look very full. Please don’t be Dismayed by this as I have other owners in the complex I can refer you to who do have openings. If you are interested in getting out to the river and my calendar is full send me a message anyway and I’ll see if I can’t place you with someone else in the complex. Stay safe, stay well!

We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during this crazy time. If you or someone you know is a snow bird visitor currently in the Laughlin or Bullhead City area and are “stuck” in the area due to current situations and are having lodging challenges please message me. We are making our condos available to these specific individuals at a greatly reduced rate to help everyone through this time. We can currently offer lodging through early May. Attention all snowbirds!. A friend of mine who owns a three-bedroom condo in my same complex has had a last-minute cancellation for January through March 2020. They will consider a minimum two month rental if you or anyone you know is still looking for a place in the sun for the beginning of 2020 please email me or contact me as soon as possible!

If you are planning on a river getaway this summer our last availability’s are The weekends of July 12th and August 2nd in our 3 Bedroom condo. Both require a 3 Day minimum stay.
