I only rent Saturday to Saturday for full weeks in July and August. Typically I have a three night minimum but would consider renting 2 nights in May, June, and September!
Family oriented, Cheerful, cozy beach cottage located in beautiful Ocean Beach III. Two Bedroom, One Bath. It is only about 1 1/2 block from the beach and only a few steps to Ocean Beach & Bay clubhouse and private bay beach where they hold family events throughout the summer months! Newly renovated and extremely clean! We supply beach supplies such as chairs, umbrella, beach cart to carry your things to the beach, and sand toys. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig, air fryer, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Outdoor shower and hangout area with table/chairs, tommy bahama cooler and grill. Free parking on premises for 2-4 small cars. Washer/Dryer in unit! Three HVAC Split duct units (one in each room) providing great air conditioning- temperature can be controlled per room! *Linens, bedding, and towels are not provided* I supply pillows but you must bring pillow cases. New smart TV with all apps on it including prime, hulu, netflix, etc. Verizon Fios fast Wifi that reaches outside so you can use it on the porch and back yard as well! Hulu Live TV and disney plus is already signed in! NO PETS- Due to Allergies and HOA rules, sorry! MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO RENT! Beach badges must be purchased in July and August (unfortunately our HOA does not allow us to give them out).
Two bedroom, one bath: Has one queen bed in 1st bedroom, three twin beds in second bedroom (a bunk and trundle that pulls out), and a queen pull out sofa bed in living room.
