Some become part of your home.

Our handcrafted bourbon bottle lamps are made from authentic Kentucky bourbon bottles and add a little Bourbon Country charm wherever they land. Whether you’re looking for the perfect Father’s Day gift or a unique reminder of your stay, these custom pieces are available for purchase right here at the resort.

And yes… they’re just as beautiful lit up in your favorite reading corner as they are in our cottages.

A hammock chair.
A wide-open Kentucky sky.
Nothing on the agenda except slowing down.

At Cottage 7, the hardest decision you’ll make is whether to stay right here a little longer.

Quiet mornings.
Endless views.
The kind of peace you don’t realize you’ve been missing🌤️

Good drinks and even better company.

Whether you’re relaxing on the loungers with a pour in hand, catching a Kentucky sunset, or challenging friends to a competitive game of co****le, some of the best moments happen when there’s nowhere else you need to be.

The Confessions Bar was created to be more than just a place to enjoy a drink—it’s a place to slow down, share stories, make new friends, and enjoy the simple things.

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a day on the Bourbon Trail? ⬇️

AJ Schreiner was born on this day in 1866. Schreiner was one of the great whiskey men of the pre-Prohibition and post-Repeal era. A Louisville distiller with deep experience in bourbon and rye, he worked through one of the most turbulent periods in American whiskey history. He was associated with major distilling operations including White Mills, Lynndale, Canadian distilling interests during Prohibition, and later Schenley’s, where he helped fire up production again in 1933. Schreiner’s notebooks, mash knowledge, and hands-on expertise helped preserve old whiskey-making traditions at a time when much of the industry was being dismantled. Today, he stands as a reminder that bourbon history was built not only by brand owners, but by the distillers whose skill kept the whiskey flowing.

We’ve always tried to create an experience where we could truly interact with our amazing guests—not just hand over door codes or drive a tour route.

But adding Confessions, our on-site bar, has taken that to a whole new level. What starts as a drink at the bar usually turns into stories being shared, friendships being made, and nights none of us will forget.

That kind of connection is something really special, and we’re so thankful to be building it here on the hillside🥃
