2.5 miles one way, up hill from start river along the way most of it 3 water falls. Close to Helen, GA perfect day hike!

1.1 miles one way waterfall at end. Very limited parking no fees for entry. Green marker for trail. Nice day trip for all ages. Couple resting spot along the way and camping is allowed on the trail for over night fun.

Great weekend had a awesome. Definitely worth the weekend small campground and river near site is my favorite. We stayed at site 9 it's a double for buddies probably fits a group of 8 comfortable.

On Wednesday we found a two-minute video on Live Leak showing two men from Oklahoma using smartphones to shoot a whitetail buck at extreme close range. The clip went viral, generating lots of negative comments from hunters who thought that the men were simply too close to the buck.

Went fishing at little mulberry park near Hamilton Mill saw some BIG shadows in the lake but didn't hook one. The park itself is very nice really nice paved trails for runners, bikes and walkers. And with autumn leaves this park is one to visit.
