Last weekend for camping, only 3 sites available! A couple pics from last weekend. Haunted hay ride was an absolute hit, trick or treating, pumpkin carving and site decoration was on point!! A few pics to share.

Excited to have these guys this Saturday!!

This Saturday the 3 Creeks {from the Creekside Drifter's Band) will be playing at Lokee-Hikee Campground...
7-10PM!!! This just isn't just a campground, this is a great lil bar and restaurant with good food and a friendly crowd. If you've never been, you should really take a drive and check it out. Hope to see y'all there!

Happy Friday folks! A little shout out to my wife and daughters who always joyfully decorate our home and our bar restaurant, decorating is not something we ever did in my family much, I never think to do it, but when I see what the girls do it brings such joy to us and to people around us, once again I’m prouder than a Peacock of these girls for always bringing the festivities and joy to us all. 
Open for dinner and cocktails tonight, the entire crew is here and we will be running full speed! As always Thank you for the Love!!

Slight change of plans…

Here is a life lesson for you. Nothing ever goes as planned…. Nothing is ever easy for anyone… When you fall on you face laugh at it, when people laugh at you, laugh with them… When people pick you up and brush you off… Hug them and take them with you.
To all the people that came for dinner last night at once… Thank you for smiling at us .. I’m sorry… I hate to make excuses, but you just never know what type of crowd you’re going to get, last weekend it was relatively slow and moderate, it was an easy dinner crowd to handle… We gave our two daughters who run the Kitchen the weekend off, One went to a truck show in Tennessee and the other one played volleyball… The girls that worked in the kitchen are absolutely wonderful, but they aren’t used to that many orders at once and things got away from us. 
We are just regular people trying to do this, We got our asses handed to us last night. A few people were pi**ed and they let us know, the rest of you cheered for us, I’m grateful for all of it… Thank you. The Spiral rolled into today, So excited to have Savannah… Well a miscommunication with Savannah Booking Agent and she’s accidentally in Texas… Savannah being the class act that she is reached out right away to help resolve the situation, I started to panic to try and find a band tonight and before I could, my phone rang… Savannah had called our friends, the Creekside drifters and they stepped right up to help Savannah and to help us out, what a fantastic step in crew, it’s very hard to book the Creekside drifters, but we got them tonight! Thank you, Savannah and thank you, Nate and crew for stepping in to show our people a good time. 
Moral of the story… Keep grinding, laugh at everything, keep going…
Somehow it will work out, you just can’t quit. Never quit.

I’m genuinely looking forward to tonight, this band is great, our campers this weekend are super cool and our locals are magic… Toss in the drifters and the the random amazing people that tend to show up and I guarantee somehow someway something special will happen like it always does. I have no idea how this s**t works, but it works every time. Just don’t flush your v**e. See you guys tonight!
