The Black Hills is such a great little area that offers so much to see and do! It's a return play area for residents in surrounding states and a great destination for those traveling from distances!

Housekeeping Positions Needed: '27 Winter Season (Jan 4 - March 31). Preferably 2-3 "on-call" cleaners to clean/Laundry when needed (typically Sunday AM being the most demand). Some office work and property sitting when owner is out of town possible (rate negotiated). Earn $20/hr (cleaning), use of saunas & fitness room.

2 miles south of Lead, 5 miles south of Deadwood. Snowmobile Trail 5W leaves property. Terry Peak Ski Area parking within 5 min.

👨‍🎓 All School Reunion: Calling all alumni to reconnect, celebrate, and share memories during this historic weekend!

✨⛏️ July 2 – History Comes Alive
Enjoy an alumni art show & reception, hands-on activities for all ages, science exhibits, and “More Than Gold” at the Historic Homestake Opera House — a musical jukebox-style performance celebrating Historic Lead.

🎸July 3 – Music, Classics & Family Fun
The Chamber will have typical July 3rd activities in Manuel Brother's Park, including the 2nd Annual Gold Rush Cruisin’ Classics Car Show, bounce houses and a co****le tournament. Then move up to Mountain Top Field, where you won't want to miss the Rock The Hills concert put on by the City of Lead!

🇺🇸 July 4 – Gold Camp Jubilee
The Chamber’s annual full day of festivities returns to Manuel Brothers Park with the parade, vendors, food trucks, bounce houses, skateboard competition, volleyball, horseshoes, family activities, music, fireworks, and more from early morning until after the fireworks!

⚾️ July 5 - Baseball, music & community
The celebration wraps up with a vintage baseball showdown between Lead and Deadwood for ultimate bragging rights followed by a community picnic and a musical tribute by Nina McIntire.

🎉 We're excited to welcome back Fun on the Go to Lead's 100th Gold Camp Jubilee! 🎈
Kids can enjoy FREE bounce houses from 10am–6pm on July 3 and noon–7pm on July 4 at Manuel Brothers Park! 🏰✨

Pretty sure Belle Fourche created the 4th of July celebration! OK maybe not, but Belle is definitely the star attraction in the Black Hills during every 4th of July! PRCA Rodeo, ranch rodeo, carnival, fireworks, and the best 4th of July parade anywhere! If you haven't been, you better go!
