We will decorate for Thanksgiving or put up the tree for you at Christmas! Our house sleeps up to 25 with no bunk beds. If more room is needed additional housing next door! Enjoy the peaceful private frontage of the Frio River!!!

 There is so much to see and do!

-1st of all if the water is not too cold, you will want to get in the river
-Beautiful scenic drives in every direction including the Twisted Sister loop many enjoy on motorcycle or car
-hiking nearby at Bushong Mountain Park in Leakey , Garner State Park, or Lost Maple State Park
-Frio bat flight in Conan seasonal
-birdwatching… motorcycling… Fishing… Shopping

The river is amazing!!
Yesterday a group of us kayaked and tubed the Frio in Leakey!!! We started t Flat Rock and got out at our house . This 59 (Diane) and 60 yr old (Rodney) joined these teenagers and their dad !!
I never flipped! It was so much fun!

Last night we received some rain and the river is up! What a great start to our season! The next three weekends are available! Also May 25, 26th 27th just opened up. There was only two days but now we have three.

Otherwise, there are dates available in April May, August, and of course the fall and winter!
It’s a great place to bring your family and celebrate the holidays altogether. Our home will sleep up to 25 people in six bedrooms. Every room has a king bed, as well as addition, no sleeping accommodations. There are no bunkbeds.
