Last night we received some rain and the river is up! What a great start to our season! The next three weekends are available! Also May 25, 26th 27th just opened up. There was only two days but now we have three.

July 20, 21, 22 still available
Otherwise, there are dates available in April May, August, and of course the fall and winter!
It’s a great place to bring your family and celebrate the holidays altogether. Our home will sleep up to 25 people in six bedrooms. Every room has a king bed, as well as addition, no sleeping accommodations. There are no bunkbeds.

Easter is right around the corner! And spring is an amazing time to come to the Frio river. I have Easter as well as the month of April open!

For the month of April I will give a 10% discount for your stay.

Its a great time to bring your kayaks and float! This is our beautiful view from my deck! We have private river access !

Bring your family or friends ….Our house will sleep up to 25 people with no bunkbeds and there are six bedrooms with a king bed in each room. If you do not need that big of a house, you do not have to take the upstairs and you can sleep 15 downstairs.

Spring is an amazing time to come to the Frio river. I have the month of April open! I also have a lot open in August and then the rest of the year ! What a great time to bring your kayaks and float! This is our beautiful view from my deck! We have private river access ! Our house will sleep up to 25 people with no bunkbeds and there are six bedrooms with a king bed in each room. Hi everyone —-summertime is amazing time to be on the Frio river however it is also a great time to take your family in the fall and in winter time as well. My house will sleep up to 25 people and that is with no bunkbeds . If you need additional room, there are homes next door that can be added for additional sleeping. We would love to have your family for Thanksgiving or Christmas as well! Don’t miss out. For Christmas . I will even put the Christmas tree up for you.
