The Frio House on the Frio River Great riverfront rental property on the Frio River! Sleeps up to 15! The property is situated in a unique location on the Frio River.

The house sits on a ridge overlooking a beautiful bend in the Frio River with a half mile view upstream. The property sleeps up to 15 people. We have a crystal clear swimming hole directly below with water varying from ankle deep to nearly 8 feet - Never Goes Dry! It has an expansive view of the Frio River valley and mountains beyond. The sunsets from the deck are amazing and you can hear the sounds of the river below.

Got a very much needed break to the river. School sports, travel for select softball, and life in general has prevented any real family and friend down time ….strep tried to stop this trip in fact. But we made it and even got a dance in at the lovely old Garner State Park and a float to Happy Hollow. The Frio was cold, clear and flowing. The best medicine around!

Today’s river from our guests. It is still clearing up from the 2nd flood, but the level looks amazing. I can see the rapids flowing in the left of the video. Guests say our rope swing area is currently around 7-8 ft deep.

The Frio is good. Our hearts and prayers go out to our neighbors on the Guadalupe who are dealing with the unimaginable heartbreak. 💔 Thank you to all the first responders and volunteers.
