Today was a blessed day and a great time hosting a formal event. Charcuterie board and wine. Tender, slow cooked bacon wrapped beef, seasoned steamed broccoli, Caesar salad, rosemary bread. Cheese cake and chocolate covered strawberry bites. And more wine.

Waited a loooong time for this beauty! And today she popped into my life unexpectedly! Nearly abandoned, I found her in a cul-de-sac against others seeking homes. The $40 adoption fee is paid and she’s just too big for a car seat but is snug and comfortable in the back seat all rolled and bundled tightly. She matches all of her sisters and brothers and her loveliness boasts her grandeur in Fair Havens Landing’s main foyer!
