After 4 years of waiting the day has finally come!!! Chelan County PUD was able to run fiber alllllll the way up to our secluded little Lakeview Retreat allowing us to finally ditch our spotty DSL and upgrade to a blazing fast fiber service!
Now we know most of our guests book our place to get away from it all but just in case you don't want to fully disconnect from the outside, we got you covered!
With our new internet service little Billy can stream Disney plus in the guest bedroom, while little Stacey streams Netflix in the sitting room. Pete can "telework" in the living room on his laptop while streaming HBO on the living room TV and Laura can watch a Prime Original TV show in the Master Bedroom while Terry watches YouTube on his phone out on the deck. All of this can now happen at the same time!
Seriously, this is quite amazing. To be so far away from it all, in the mountains - with literally thousands of acres of forest land just behind the house yet still have the ability to be so connected if you so desire! Just another reason this is one of our most favorite places to be in the world.
