Der Ritterhof Inn is now hiring Front Desk Clerks!

Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented person who loves meeting new people? We are looking for customer service rockstars to join our family. We have positions open for energetic morning persons, friendly night owls, and everyone. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required -- as long as you're the right candidate, we'll teach you everything you need to know. If you are organized, efficient, and love meeting new people, you may be a great fit for our front desk team!

Earn a $300 Bonus after 30 days, earn a second Bonus of $300 after 90 days, and an additional bonus of $ 300 after 9 months at the job for a total of $900 in bonuses.

Paid overtime for major holidays such as New year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th) Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

One week of paid time off after one year at the job.

Full Time or Part Time positions are available. A full-Time night shift is also available!

Der Ritterhof Inn is now hiring Full-Time/Part-Time Front Desk Night Shift. Responsibilities include all aspects of guest accommodations, including:

-As a front desk clerk, you will be checking guests in and out and booking reservations.
-On average, you will be checking in few late arrivals during the night shift.
-Assists guests by knowing hotel property & local attractions.
-Having a positive, friendly, customer-focused attitude.
-Informing guests about hotel features and amenities.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time positions are available

Pay: $17/hour
Bonus-(Full-Time position) sign-on bonus after 30 days of $150, another $250 after 90 days, and an additional $350 after 6 months!
Bonus- (Part-Time position) sign-on bonus after 30 days of $75, another $125 after 90 days, and an additional $175 bonus after 6 months!

Paid vacation- After 1st year, you become eligible for vacation pay.

Schedule:
8-hour shifts
10 pm-6 am
