Not new…but nicely aged leather sofa at Katy’s Riverside Cottage…!! Our housekeeper was tired of vacuuming up pet hair off the other fabric couch…which was a sleeper sofa..and with revised Chelan County Short Term Rental rules…we’re only allowed up to 4 guests max. 2 full bedrooms!
Yes, dogs allowed. 😉 Also… we put in a newer kitchen/dining table…always making things better! C’mon out!

Winter is absolutely beautiful around Katy’s Riverside Corrage and the Leavenworth/Wenatchee area…😎Katy’s Riverside Cottage is just a short drive from Leavenworth…that Bavarian Style Mountain Village that goes absolutely “Nuts” with Holiday lighting…a few million LED lights…so amazing!!! They leave them up for a while after the New Year too! Also quite close to nearby skiing areas!! Katy’s Riverside Cottage is waiting and looking forward to your future stay...Cozy, warm (infrared fireplaces/heat that can be enjoyed year round, with or without the heat feature in summer, or at least will quickly take the chill off when needed...Katy’s cottage is in the trees 🌲 so not too hot, in summer, but an air conditioner ❄️ and fans are provided in summer when it does tend to be hotter) relaxing..and right on the river!! High bank...so no worries!
BOOK IT TODAY! enjoy a safe, sanitized and peaceful stay at Katy’s Riverside Cottage. Our team of housekeepers that already have been doing a fantastic job, implementing strict Covid 19 sanitation protocols between guest’s stays!

Lots of great Summer fun abounds!!. Hiking,mountain biking... and just a quick 2-3 block walk, bike ride, or park your car there..there’s a cool old trestle (no cars...) wooden decked trestle bridge not far from the cottage! People often picnic or just hang out on the bridge, enjoying watching the river flow below!
Zip Lines, Sleigh Rides and Snowmobiling in winter and Horseback riding too!! At our neighbors at Mountain Springs Lodge! 5-10 minutes away...
Great Saturday/Sunday Brunch buffet there, and lunch options too!! (Check with MountIn Springs Lodge for dining times and availability) Other really good restaurant options in Plain and beyond...as well as in Leavenworth...that famous colorful, charming Bavarian-Styled mountain village just 25 minutes up the road!
Stay at Katy’s...(for a lot less $$ and right on the river) and then take advantage of activities offered by our neighbors at Mountain Springs Lodge, but it’s nice there too, if you choose to stay there...and...they do provide a lot of these fun activities!!
