Cedars of Lebanon State Park Cedars of Lebanon State Park is named for the dense cedar forest that existed in the Biblical lands of Lebanon.

The park contains 1000 acres which are used for intensive recreation. An additional 10,000 acres are operated by the Forest Division. This unique and special park is home to many rare species of plants, and cedar glades. With over 110 campsites, 900 acres of park and 8 miles of blazed trails to hike, this park is great for any lover of the outdoors. Celebrate the beauty of fall with guided hikes, historic farm tours, hands-on crafts, volunteer opportunities, and fun wildlife programs featuring our animal ambassadors! Whether you're exploring the cedar glades, stepping back in time at Sadie Ford Heritage Farm and Art Center, or getting creative with fall leaves, there's something for everyone.

Halloween in the Campgrounds is coming to Cedars of Lebanon State Park!

Get ready for Chills & Thrills on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4:30–10:00 PM! Join us for a fun-filled Halloween evening for all ages.

🍬 Campsite Trick-or-Treating in all three campgrounds!
👻 Sensory-Friendly Trick-or-Treating | 4:30–6 PM
🏆 Costume Contest | 5 PM at Assembly Hall
🚜 Wagon Rides | 5–8 PM
🎃 Trick-or-Treating | 6–8 PM
🕸️ Campsite Decorating Contest with a prize of a gift card equivalent to TWO FREE NIGHTS!

🎟️ TICKETS GO ON SALE TODAY, OCTOBER 4!
Tickets are $2 per person ages 3+ and are **presale only with limited availability. Non-campers must have a ticket to attend.

🚗 Non-camper parking: There is no non-camper parking in the campground. The campground road closes at 4 PM. Park at the Nature Center with overflow at the Splash Pad. Public parking opens at 4 PM.

Costumes are encouraged, candy is guaranteed, and fun is waiting around every corner!

ONE WEEK AWAY!

Step back in time at Sadie Ford Heritage Day at Cedars of Lebanon State Park on Saturday, October 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Spend the day experiencing what life was like in the 1930s and 1940s with activities, demonstrations, music, food, and hands-on experiences for the whole family.

Enjoy old fashioned games, face painting, homemade ice cream, butter churning, cross cut saw demonstrations, Dutch oven cooking samples, mule wagon rides, a native plant sale, and live music from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Watch skilled demonstrators practice blacksmithing, basket making, weaving, wood carving, wild edibles, crochet and embroidery, along with demonstrations at the Tom Jones Broom Shop.

Don't miss the WW2 maneuvers with the 30th Infantry and black powder demonstrations at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

All activities and demonstrations will be ongoing from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
